This 1935 Newport Beach Bungalow was given new life once we laid hands on it! We wanted to stay true to the OG bungalow, but put our own twist on it! The fun part of working with small SF is really maximizing impact and functionality. We raised the roof (literally) creating a grand great room that made this sweet little 975 SF home feel twice as big!  Intentionally designed with storage elements throughout, recycled tile accents and pops of mixed metals it became a perfect little oasis after a day at the beach.
