We collaborate with your whole team, from the architect during the planning phase all the way through construction with the builders. We then take the lead at the finish line by moving in and installing all furniture, fixtures and decor.

From art, rugs, furniture and bedding — to even minor cosmetic modifications such as paint, wallpaper and millwork— we’ll transform your space with the look and feel you’ve been dreaming of.

Reached a sticking point during your home renovation project? Need an expert set of eyes? We’re only a call away! During this 45-minute Zoom call, we can help you with needs big and small — think specifics like furniture layout and material selection, or broad asks like feedback of your drafted designs. This is also a great option if you’re out of the state/country and want to bring a bit of California Scandinavian flair into your space.
The LL Design Co Process
01 — CONNECT
We start with a call to lay the project foundation and define the design scope. This will also likely lead to an in-person project walk-through.
02 — PLAN
Our team collaborates with the project architect on floor plans to ensure the function and use of space is maximized.
03— KICKOFF
The meeting where we are all ears! We’ll be a sponge and get a clear idea of your design vision and goals. Show and tell us everything — inspo pics, style, color, finish preferences. We’ll also ask all the questions to make sure we’re on the same page.
04— PRESENT
Start to see your project (literally) materialize. We will meet to walk you through all the finish and fixture selections, gather your feedback, and once all is finalized, a specification binder is completed, and ordering can begin!
05 - IMPLEMENT & OVERSEE
It’s game time! Construction begins and we roll our sleeves up with the team to ensure the design is coming together seamlessly.
06 - INSTALL & CELEBRATE!
The moment we’ve all been waiting for—the “icing on the cake” phase when it alllll comes together. Installations are completed, final styling touches are made and we have the honor of welcoming you home!
